Olivier Capra
I am a researcher in cognitive neuroscience, with a particular interest in embodied cognition and Human Computer Interactions. My research aims at better understanding how we perceive the human contribution when observing interactions involving artificial agents.

Research snapshot
How do we perceive the human contribution in interactions involving artificial agents? How do we attribute agency to artificial agents? What are the consequences of this attribution for our interactions with them?
Why Bayesian approaches are as relevant to study cognition than analysing data? The brain has proven itself to be a good Bayesian inferer, should bayesian approaches of data analysis be interpreted as reversed-engineered models of cognition?
How microvariations in force can be used to monitor cognitive processes ? Cumulated data expose the potential of these measures to monitor cognitive processes in real-time, how can we improve the methodology ?
Perception is already a (involontary) decision. Implications for a better collective decision process.
